| Why did we call our resort the "Trzy Kultury Złoty Widok"? Part of the name "Golden View": As it is well known, river Kamienna that runs through Szklarska Poręba separates the Karkonosze Mountains from the Jizera Mountains. Our resort, "Three cultures Golden View", is located in the Jizera Mountains, on the southern slope of the mountain range called Grzbiet Wysoki, at the altitude of 750 to 850 meters above sea level. |
From here, thanks to good visibility for more than 250 days a year you can admire the beautiful panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains from Mount Szrenica to Mount Łabski Szczyt, Śnieżne Kotły, along the main ridge of the Karkonosze Mountains, to Mount Śnieżka all the way to the Kowary ridge. Jelenia Góra valley with the surrounding mountain ranges can be clearly seen from here. The panorama views cover a distance of over 25 km. Hence the name "Golden View”!! |
